Hi, I’m Allissa Younan, MS, OTR/L, TBRI Practitioner.

I’ve been a pediatric occupational therapist since 2016, with specialized training in sensory integration, feeding therapy, trauma-wise care, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®).

My approach is relational, trauma-wise, and play-based, rooted in connection over compliance and in helping families feel confident, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

I’ve always been driven to understand the why behind a child’s behavior. Why is eating so hard for this child? Why does a busy environment feel so uncomfortable? These challenges are real—and often invisible. My passion is partnering with children and families to uncover that “why,” so we can find solutions that truly support each child’s unique needs.

What I love most about this work is that I’m constantly learning from the children and families I serve. Every day brings new insights, creativity, and opportunities to think outside the box. When we slow down and listen, children often show us exactly what they need—we just have to follow their lead.

Hi, I’m Moriah Arsenault, M.S. OTR/L,

I’ve had the privilege of working with children and families in a variety of settings—including outpatient clinics, inpatient rehabilitation, neonatal intensive care, and early intervention. These experiences have deepened my passion for pediatric occupational therapy and my commitment to providing family-centered, compassionate care.

I love supporting infants and toddlers as they build foundational skills for feeding, motor development, and sensory processing. I have a special place in my heart for medically fragile children and truly enjoy helping families feel confident and supported as their child grows and makes progress.

I believe children learn best through playful, meaningful experiences that spark curiosity and joy. By creating positive relationships and tailoring therapy to each child’s unique strengths, I aim to nurture confidence, resilience, and independence—both in children and in their families.

I’m excited to partner with you to support your child’s success and celebrate every step of their journey!

Hello all, I am Riley Novotny, COTA/L

With a passion for helping children thrive, I am a pediatric occupational therapy provider dedicated to a holistic, child-led approach to care. I love to work closely with families to support the development of essential skills across all areas of daily life, always meeting each child where they are and building on their unique strengths.

My background includes experience in both school-based settings and geriatric care, giving me a well-rounded perspective on development across the lifespan. This diverse experience allows me to thoughtfully tailor interventions that are both creative and practical, helping children grow in ways that feel meaningful and achievable.

I believe that the best outcomes come from strong relationships. I strive to create a supportive, playful, and collaborative environment where children feel confident, families feel heard, and progress feels possible. Whether I’m brainstorming new strategies, problem-solving challenges, or celebrating small wins, my goal is to guide and empower every child and family I work with.

At the heart of my work is a simple mission: to help children build the skills, confidence, and joy they need to succeed in their everyday lives.

Hi, I’m Erin, M.S. OTR/L,

I’m a pediatric occupational therapist with a special focus on feeding and lactation, supporting infants and young children as they develop safe, effective, and positive feeding experiences. I’m also a certified postpartum doula, which allows me to take a holistic, family-centered approach when working with both babies and their caregivers during the early stages of development.

My passion for feeding therapy and lactation support grew not only through my clinical experience, but also from my own journey as a mother. After navigating feeding challenges with both of my children, I developed a deep understanding of how overwhelming and emotional these experiences can feel. That perspective drives my commitment to providing compassionate, nonjudgmental support to families as they work through similar challenges.

I enjoy helping families build confidence in feeding, whether that involves breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or transitioning to solids. I strive to create a calm, supportive environment where both children and caregivers feel empowered, heard, and successful.

I believe that every child and family is unique, and I’m passionate about creating individualized, functional strategies that fit naturally into daily routines. My goal is to make feeding a positive, connected experience while supporting each child’s growth and development.

I look forward to partnering with your family and supporting you every step of the way!
